Is it ok to train legs on a morning and bi's and tri's on the evening of the same day?

Is it ok to train legs on a morning and bi's and tri's on the evening of the same day?

I usually do cardio on a morning and weights on an evening but it would help my lifestyle out if I could do 2 sessions on a wed.

Will doing 2 heavy weights sessions be detrimental to my gains in any way?

    IMO it depends on what  your full routine / rest / nutrition looks like

    Give it a go, only one way to find out.

    i would do bi's with back and tri's with chest so that you can have wednesday to do legs allll by them self

    Cheers fella's,

    It want so much the need to join up exercises together, it was more I dont train on a wed afternoon usually as the only time in the week I dont do AM cardio is wed morning where I do weights instead, so I have a free weights period on the afternoon where at the mo im doing nowt.
