Is it worth adding extra gear to a cut?

currently cutting. Been cutting slowly on and off keto for about 10 weeks and lost 7kg. I did the first 6 weeks test ace, tren ace, mast ace all at 225mg each EW now I am on 250mg test e.... I have 6 weeks left to go on the test e.

Is it possible for me to add muscle and lose fat at the same time? as I wanted to add in some test at a higher dose and some tren e for the final 10 weeks (will make it a 20 week cut then). But would this be a waste of gear if I am keto style dieting?

Would I still be able to lose weight if I were to only have carbs at breakfast (e.g. porridge with protein added in) and post workout? As ideally I want to keep adding muscle but lose all the fat.

May start a journal to keep myself on track

It is possible to add muscle and reduce fat at the same time with careful diet manipulation mate. How much do you feel you have to still lose?

I reckon I could potentially have about 10-15kg of fat to come off. But I can't just lose the fat and not gain any muscle as that would leave me at 85-90kg which is no good for my sport i'm in

I actually want to lose the fat as I want to try to get a gyno op on either NHS or BUPA but the doc I saw a while ago said I had very well developed muscles but needed to lose some fat first.

It can be done but its hard work.

Check out the ultimate diet 2.0, I used it for about 6 months in total. Dropped to sub 10% bf and easily gained 6lbs of muscle over the duration, probably more but its all approximate. I was on a lot more gear than you though.

It's a diet and routine involving high rep training and heavy lifting.

It definitely works, depends on your starting point and time frames though.

well if I go on for another 10 weeks of test and tren I would have been on for a total of 20 weeks.... bit worried about recovery?? I have hcg and pct meds but don't want to be shut down bad considering my age.

My main question really is... will the extra gear just be a waste of money?
