Is liver damage from roids permanent?

I'd always thought that the effects on the liver of reasonable steroid use was reversable, with liver values returning to normal a number of weeks after ceasation of the gear.

From what I've been reading about M1T though I get the impression that some of the damage is permanent.

Is this the case, and if so is this the case with all orals?

Cheers

Joe.

the liver is the only organ in the human body that can regenrate itsself! so no i doubt the damage is perminant from m1t, it certainly isnt from oral steroids.

It s a bit like smoking. There will always be some afetr effects - its a risk you take with this stuff. It can be much limited though with sensible usage. Key is use as little orals as possible, use liv protection, try use orals less than 4 weeks in a row. Allow decent amount of time between an oral cycle.

Some of the damage is permanent, whatever you use, but it depends how susceptible you are as well. With above sensible usage you should reduce damage risks significantly.

I've never read anything about permanent damage, except in major abuse cases.

I'd be more worried about the incremental effect of heart disease factors.
