Is my new routine long enough?

My previous routine was a 4 day split working each muscle goup twice per week, which took on average 1hr 15mins to complete. I have started my new routine today. It is a 4 day split but only working each group once per week. I done my chest/tricep this morning, although I felt it was a more intense workout due to lower reps higher sets and higher weight I only took 50mins to complete it. Is this long enough?

Length is neither here nor there! I reckon the shorter the better as long as the itensity is high enough to promote growth! My chest and tri workout lasts about 40 minutes and I'm happy with that!

    50 minutes is fine.

I've always felt that the best workouts last less than an hour. If u go too long, GH secretion will be negatively affected.

    Squats -- 475lbs
Deadlifts -- Romanian DL (only ones I can do with an injured back) -- 150lbs dumbells
    Bench -- 325lbs
