Is my routine ok?

hi, i'm a total beginner with just a barbell & dumbells to train with. will join a gym eventually though

i know you must have heard it a zillion times but is there anything wrong with the routine im using...

mon-

(chest)
bench press
dumbbell press
dumbbell flys

(triceps)
tricep extension
narrow bench press
skull crushers

weds-

(shoulders)
shoulder press
alternate arm raise

(back)
upright rows
bent over pull ups

(biceps)
arm curls
alternate dumbbell curls

fri
squats
dumbell step ups

all 3 sets of 8-10

just chose those exercise because i feel comfortable doing them, no other reason! doing sit ups every day to kill the belly as well

    few things, i would move shoulders to leg day, leaving back and bi's on one day.
    upright rows are for shoulders, bent over rows for back (barbell or dumbell)

    leg day
    add SLDL's and calf raises imo

    add upright rows to shoulder day

    back - lat pull down / wide grip pull ups :]

    ^ as above mate... maybe add some shrugs in the shoulder day... for what its worth imo your routine is decent..

    Oh just to add if you can incline your bench for chest day for 3 sets

    good point, incline dumbell press :]

    also maybe add deadifts.

    agree with haris aswell on the routine :]

    Cheers, i'll do that

    pleased to see my routine isnt complete crap, was thinking it wasnt enough to be honest

    Is 3 sets the right amount or should i do more on some of the exercises?
