Generally speaking its muscle mass...that is it and probably lose weight - but cardio will come in the following months when i go gym - u c i use multigym so the exercises are pretty limited but good input upon what else i could do would be nice :)
Ive been following the routine for around 2 months so not long - the only thing ive noticed is the back muscles - gone slightly larger - probably need heavier weights for the rest cuz the max dumbell ive got is 14kg and my curls n sht like that can do 8 reps for 5 sets - so far so good - the weights should be fine till june when i join the gym :)
- Down to 80kg and gain muscle on the way ;D
Height: 6'0 (182 - 184cm) day/night!
