Is my routine suitable???

I was wondering if my routine is suitable for my size?? Im 104kg 182cm so classed as obese borderline and this is my routine:
Session 1:
(Chest and triceps)
chest press 5x8
Butterfly press 5x7 (much lighter compared to bench)
(if possible push out a few pressups)
triceps pull down 5x(8-10)

Session 2:
(Shoulders and legs)
shoulder press 5x8
upright rows 5x10 - note (probably changing due to pain from this exercise
shrugs 5x(8 - 12)
leg extensions 5x8
squats 3x12
something similar to calf raises 2x15
Session 3:
(biceps and Back)
lateral pulldown - front and back 3sets front and back so 6x8
close underhand grip pulldowns 5x10
cable bicep curls (light) 3x15
bicep curls (5x8)
finish with light concentration curls to kill biceps off! 2x15

What do you hope to achieve from the routine? Let us know that and you'll get some better input.

Doesnt look anywhere near enough exercises but thats my opinion as i dont know your goals. How long have you done it? Have you achieved anything whilst following it?

Generally speaking its muscle mass...that is it and probably lose weight - but cardio will come in the following months when i go gym - u c i use multigym so the exercises are pretty limited but good input upon what else i could do would be nice :)
Ive been following the routine for around 2 months so not long - the only thing ive noticed is the back muscles - gone slightly larger - probably need heavier weights for the rest cuz the max dumbell ive got is 14kg and my curls n sht like that can do 8 reps for 5 sets - so far so good - the weights should be fine till june when i join the gym :)

    Goals:
    • Down to 80kg and gain muscle on the way ;D
    Current stats:
    Height: 6'0 (182 - 184cm) day/night!
Weight: 97kg BMI: (don't check anymore)
