    Hi mate

Only my opinion but I would make the following adjustments:

    Legs:
Would add in some calf raises here at the end, also some abwork at the end if you wish.

    Chest/Triceps:
I'd leave out the flyes and CG Press and would put in some dips.

    Shoulders:
If it was me I'd do the shoulders on chest day, maybe just the military press.

    Back/Biceps:
    Deadlifts
    Chins
    BB Row
    BB Curls

    Just my view mate

See below for example of SLDL's

I'd want to add chins to that aswell. Would also cut some of the exercises on chest day and wack in some dips. Not too sure about front raises, if they are what i'm thinking off, but if theyw ork for you fair enough.

    Good luck.

Have a look around your home, you can normally find somewhere you can do dips/chins from.

Example for dips, use two chairs either side, not excellent but at least is something.
Maybe you could buy a chin up bar and fix it to a door frame? Only cost around a tenner I think.

Calf raises, you could use dumbbells in each hand, soles of feet on a block of wood and go up and down on tiptoe working the calves, got do one leg at a time for better balance.

for calf raises i use bar just like starting squats but only raise your self on tiptoes rather than squat, dont go too heavy unless assisted. works for me m8
