Is plataue oay on a cutting program?

That's my question. I'm trying ot cut up, lose some weight and preserve as much muscle. I've been platued on several exercises. I've begun to cut up. I"m al ittle worried thought that i'm stuck on the same weight, but i'm guessin this is normal for cutting?

    ExLax:

A plateauing or loss of strength is to be expected for many reasons:

    - fewer calories available for workouts
    - lower bodyweight = less leverage for lifts
    - reduction in water and fat around joints = less strength

Entirely normal and as Frankie says (...Relax LOL) can be attributed to multiple reasons but most probably mostly due to reduced energy from diet.
