I usually take some form of creatine and glutamine, but I have never taken prohormones or anything like that.

Yes you can, if you want to compete in British Bench Press Championship events the weights lifted in the 75kg class are around a82kg to win. You will certainly qualify, all you need is a lift of 120kg in the 75kg class or 140kg in the 82.5kg class to qualify. Remeber that your bench press must be completed with a pause of around 1 second on the chest.

    Good luck whatever you decide

when they say raw i think they mean do you wear a bench shirt because that wil add approx 20kg (44lb) to your bench press

Not necessarily. depending on your technique, hand position and obviously weight you are currently lifting it may add anything from 0 - 45kg. I have known some lifters whose bench drops when they wear a shirt and hence don't use them in comps.

Find a weight you can do for around 2 reps normally. this would roughly be your maximum with a pause. With a shirt and some proper training with it you may add another few kg.

    Hope this helps

Well I have droped down to 181 before and I can get 350 in the gym. It all depends on how you got your 335. Is that your max with a bench shirt, like stated above? Is that your max with a shirt with a pause or is that your max with no aid at all with pause or not. It all depends really because at competitions the rules are you have to have the bar motionless for 1 second before pressing it back up. If your getting into a powerlifting meet with squat/dead/bench thats great but I dont think that will win you a meet or even place with a bench only competiton....if the even is big enough that is. Just my 2cp.
