    no idea

    it could be 1000 calories

the whole diet is key and one componenet of a plan simply does not allow for a definitive answer

Maltodextrin can be used PWO even on a cut, depends on the persons preferences and also the rest of their diets, carb intake, etc...

Your diet has a lot of carbs for a cutting diet, you may be able to cut on high carbs, some may not.

The shakes, perhaps replace the whey used with casein blend, have the pumpkin seeds, with the peanut butter and maybe leave as that so its a protein and fat meal/shake.

Too many carbs? I thought you said my diet was fine last week?

So leave out the banana in my shakes then?

Lose the banana if you wish, you have a steady source of carbs during the day as it is.

yeah sure malto may be OK but I would rather stock up on slow release carbs preworkout rather than bolting down fast acting carbs PWO. malto will only slow fat burning.
