Is this poor progress for a 2 week period?

Below is my routine. First set of reps and weight is first week (first week of bulk) second is this week (second week).

Monday-Chest, Shoulders
Incline Dumbbell Press 3 x 10 32kg,  3 x 10 34kg
Flat Dumbbell Press 3 x 10 36kg, 3 x 10 34kg (increase of weight of incline press impacted flat bench)
Cable Crossovers 3 x 10 35kg, 3 x 10 40kg
Dumbbell Military Press 3 x 10 24kg, 3 x 10 24kg
Dumbbell Side Laterals 3 x 10 20kg, 3 x 10 20kg
Dumbbell Bent Over Raises 3 x 10 20 kg, 3 x 10 20kg

Tuesday-Back, Traps
Deadlifts 3 x 8 20kg (never done them before), 4 x 6 40kg
Lat Pulldowns (Wide Grip) 3 x 10 55kg, 3 x 10 60kg
Bent Over EZ Bar Rows 3 x 10 20kg, 2 x 10 25kg followed by 1 x 10 20kg
Dumbbell Rows 3 x 10 20kg, 3 x 10 20kg

Thursday-Legs
Leg Press 2 x 10 70kg, 2 x 10 72.5kg
Leg Curls 3 x 10 52.5kg, 3 x 10 55kg
Leg Extension 2 x 10 55kg, 2 x 10 57.5kg
Standing Calf Raises 3 x 12 85kg, 3 x 10 90kg

Friday-Arms
Dips 3 x 10, 3 x 11
narrow bench press 3 x 10 10kg, 3 x 11 10kg
Rope Pushdowns 2 x 12 35kg, 3 x 10 37.5kg
EZ Bar Curls 3 x 10 20kg, 3 x 10 22.5kg
Preacher Curls  3 x 8 20kg (poor form due to struggling), 1 x 8 15kg followed by 2 x 8 12.5kg due to hitting failure on around 5th rep, probably due to increased weight of EZ bar curls
Alternating Hammer Curls 3x16-24(8-12 each arm) 3 x 12 20kg, 1 x 7 24 kg followed by 2 x 12 20kg due to failure using 24kg.

Also apparently i shouldnt do this split. Apparently doing chest and shoulders is a bad thing to do as i cant hit shoulders very well agter being burnt out from incline and flat bench.
People recommend me do the usual chest tris, back and biceps, legs and abs, shoulders and forearms.
Do i need to change it?

1st stay on this forum then

2nd who cares what the routine is just aslong as you put the effort and intensity in

3rd its what you eat that makes you gain not specific routines in the gym
