RE: Is this routine ok?
Lookin at some of the bulking routines on this site, I was thinking about dropping some of the sets. I was thinking of doin away with the incline presses and lateral raises, as I'm training chest on the monday and wanted to make sure i was recovered ok.
Although I'm not a total newbie, I've put on about 1 1/2 stone over the past 3 years I've been using weights, not alot I know, but I'm happy with it. I've sorted my diet out now so hopefully I should be gain alot quicker.
