Is this safe to consume ?

I have a tub of Whey isolate that has been opened and half used, not been touched since May, no "best before" date to be seen but I guess it would be close to/slightly past it anyway.

Look at it in the light then smell it. If it smells and looks ok then take it.

It'll taste a bit like baby sick smells if it's off. I'd say May isn't that long ago, you're most likely ok if it's been stored alright.

Are you off the toilet yet?

In all seriousness, as the chaps above, if it has been stored in a dry place, still looks the same texture and consistency, and smells fine, then it should be fine mate.

I remember about 10yrs ago giving up on a New Zealand unflavoured isolate as the taste wasn't great. Then about a year later I remembered it and had a look/taste. There was almost no taste now compared to before and I downed 10kgs of it no probs!

Binned it, since I have Crohns it's just not worth the risk.
