Is this smokeys year... SUC 2015 - final pics up!

Background
This will be my third SUC, shamefully the first two I never made the end. I got sent to sea during one and injured during the second. For those who don’t know me. I’ve recently left the military. Where PT was a part of work and most things happened around it. I know work offshore where nothing revolves around the gym
The last ten months have been hard. I’ve been working in and out of Nigeria. The heat has killed my gym time and the lack of control over my own diet has made me just eat... and eat... and eat. When I’ve had time off at home I did no training but ate loads... and loads... and loads... Get the idea. I’m currently the biggest I’ve ever been (I’ve been heavier but I was leaner not just fat).
I’m due away again in a couple of weeks. So this journal will follow me and I will keep you posted on locations and training plans. Most places have a gym but the equipment obviously changes. Heat and no diet control are not going to be an excuse.

Age: 27
Height: 5'10''
Weight: 91.9kg (This is on bathroom scales tomorrow im going to jump on the gym scales and get a BF%)
Chest: 42''
Arm: 14'' Tensed: 17''
Waist: 36 :(
Quad: 25''
Calf: 17''
All leg and arm measurements are taken from the right side.
 
Training
This is going to be mainly BB that’s what I enjoy. Cardio is going to change depending where in the world I am. Going to try and do 4-5 30minute Cardio sessions a week.
 
Diet
I will post more on this as I go on. However starting tomorrow my cals are going to be 2400 and 2100 when not training.
When I’m away I’m going to control my portions and be quiet strict. I’m currently reading a book about diets when traveling... I let you know if I pick up any tips. This is going to be my week point when I’m away I have no control over what gets cooked. I’m thinking about cycling my carbs let you know as I go.
 
Goals.
Well I want some shape back. I want to drop around 10kg by the summer so hopefully I will be a good way towards that by the end of this. I want a good base to bulk on in the autumn/winter.

TBH hoppy a few people have said that. Mainly people from the military I havnt seen for awhile. I dont see it myself but hopefully by the end of this i will haha.
 
Just looked through some old photos. In the shoulders and back i looked bigger but also in the chest. Hopefully that will go and the shoulders/back will stay :)

Its going to look something like this.
Onshore
Breakfast: Omlette
Lunch: Tuna salad + Fruit
Evening meal: What ever the made cooked normally meat and some sort of potatos.
Offshore
Breakfast: Eggs
Lunch: what ever meat is on and salad
Evening meal Whatever meat is on and salad
Sunday offshore is BBQ night so it will be T Bones!
 
Taking 4kg of whey with me so i will have a shake during the day and one before bed. I hoping to source some when out there. Hopefully when im on the rig someone will be getting off and give me what they have left. Im looking at doing 3 months where hoping to buy a house so trying to get more money and after 28 days its double bubble.
 
My diet is going to be more portion control when im away. Staying away from bread and chips. Im going to cycle carbs thinking about 2 days low 1 high. its going to be hard to judge amounts. Going to have a cheat meal every 8 days as the menu is pretty my the same week after week it means my cheat meal wont be the same meal every day. Because the foods so repetttive its hard to stay away from the sweets and cakes.  And no carbs on off days. well thats the plan... lets see how it works cant get any fatter than what i am!!

Good luck smokey, what sort of bb training are you going for?

Best shape iv ever been in i was following a programme and the name escapes me..
but it was a 3 week plan first week you did 5 sets of  5, second week 5 sets of 3, third week 555321. Each week you would do that followed by 5 sets of 10 at 50%. It was all based around your PB desgined to get stronger. I put some good size and strength on. Im wanting to start this programe again however my body wouldnt cope with that at the moement.
So im optiong for a pyrmaid style to get my self back in to a routine for a month or so.  My back routiune from today was (poor session due to time restraints):
 
Deadlifts
60kg x 15
80kg x 12
100kg x 10
120kg x 6
130kg x 4
140kg x 2
150kg x 1
155kg x FAIL
130kg x 5
100kg x 8
60kg x til i felt sick
Doing random amounts of pull ups every couple of sets
 
Bent over rows
5 x 8 60kg
setted with
dips
BW x 8-10
 
Seated cable rows 5 sets of 10 max weight setted with cable pulldowns
Reverse DB flys setted with tri work outs (variuos)
Ther was another set of excerises here... but i cant remeber what haha
 
Normally followed by 30 mins of cardio but like i said time restraints il hit it this evening.
 
for the next few weeks it will look like this
Monday - Shouldersand abs
Tuesday - Back and Tri
Wednesday - Chest and BI
Thursday LEG DAY BEST DAY OF THE WEEK!
Friday - Arms and abs
saturday and sunday - my days with the kids!

Just a note on yesterdays diet.
Goal was 2400cals it was actually 2117cals.
41% Carbs, 33% Protein, 26% Fats.
Not perfect i was rushng about so i missed a snack least i never ate the junk food i wanted to haha!
Smashed a shoulder work out in and my 30mins on the stepper running out door was off limits due to the wind!
