Is this too much whey

Your opinions please.

7am 30 gram whey.

7:30am – 4 egg whites. 50 grams of oats. 200ml milk. Table spoon of honey/reduced sugar jam. Handful of berries. Satsuma/apple.

10am – 50 grams whey and 10 ml flax oil.

1pm – 150 grams of chicken. 40 grams of mackerel. Cucumber. Tablespoon of olive oil.

4 pm – 200 grams tuna. Slice of wholemeal bread or pitta. Fibrous veg. Banana.

5:30pm – weight training

6:15 pm - 50 grams of whey in water.

7pm - 150 grams of Beef/turkey. 75 grams of basmati rice/50 grams of whole-wheat pasta, or a baked/sweet potato. Vegetables.

10pm – 250 grams of cottage cheese. 25 grams of almonds.

    I'm 13 st 3lbs, cutting. 5 ft 10

    Fairly active job which involves at least 1 hour digging per day and also some walking around.

    Cardio is before breakfast and is fast walking for 45 minutes.

    Roughly 15-17% bodyfat.

    I have a treat or a few beers at the weekend.

    I would say no.

    10am perhaps you could look at casein blend if you are requiring liquid cals at that time.
