Isolate or Concentrate?

Can't decide wether to buy Isolate from bulk powders £50 or try Concentrate from MP £40. Is there much of a difference and what's MyProtein Whey like?

Go for what you can afford and whether you can handle lactose, generally the difference between isolate and concentrate is negligable.

Bulk protein concentrates, are generally well thought of in most respects, and from what I can gather, are from the same manufacturers as many of the big name brands.

it depends on whether you get bloated (and farty) from taking the concentrate - if not then generally stick with it as it'l save you some cash!

isolate is faster absorbed than concentrate so its better in the morning and post training but I dont know if it makes a huge difference in term of growth.
