Isotension

What's your view on Isotension guys?

Do any of your hold poses for long durations of time after sets/exercises/workouts to help seperate muscle groups?

Does this work? or is just myth?

Thanks Alex. :)

Even if there is any truth in it, which I'm sceptial about, you would need to be contest lean for there to be any appreciable difference.

I have read (in numerous sources) that holding poses after you have trained a particular muscle group for anywhere upto 15 mins is a workout in itself. Just wasn't sure what to make of this

I was referring to the flexing/posing without the use of weights.
