Italian club scandal

Juve, Fiorentina and Lazio all relegated whilst AC Milan stay up with 15 points deducted.
Shame to blacken a great few weeks for Italy but could all the great players be now available on the cheap? Thoughts anyone?

Well we (Newcastle) need some forwards so i say Trezeguet, Luca Toni and a cheeky bid for Gilardino would be good.

    With change from a fiver.

I assume these clubs will also not be in Europe next season? I guess liverpool and Arsenal may not have to go through the qualifying rounds?

To be honest, what does that do to stop it happining again, if this is all the punishment they get, then they obviously dont know just how far match rigging spreads.

yeah but mate, banning them from the champions league will cost them millions in lost revenue.
You are correct though, it won't stop it happening again, happened all through the world cup imo and goes on in most countries in the world

Juventus have got the financial backing to not feel too much from not being allowed into the Champs League though.

Look i dont know anything about the world cup, but matches are rigged for a reason.

Im thinking more of the millions of illegal bets that take place, i couldnt care less about the millions these clubs lose, they got themselves into it, its been going on in Italy for years, it serves as no real suprise.
