Ive Altered My Diet is This Okay?
Hi im male 27 5 foot 9 and weigh 11 stone I want to gain a bit of muscle but not lots. I have my trainign programme sorted 3 times a week weights and cardio and abs on off days , I have recently strted my diet and would love opinions an dadice thankyou. I work 7am to 4pm so everything has to be pre made night before
6:20 am I havw WHEY 80 with water and also consume 50 -70 g chicken cooked in olive oil
9am I have either OATS or FRUIT AND FIBRE with SKIMMED MILK and a BANANA
11am I have WHOLEMEAL PITTA with 130g TUNA and 3 pieces of fruit (APPLE,PEACHand PLUM)
1pm I have CHICKEN (130g) with stiry fry veg in olive oil, or can have WHOLEMEAL BREAD with 130g chicken and salad
3pm WHOLEMEAL PITTA with 130 g CHICKEN or TURKEY
train at 5pm straigh tafter I have WHEY 80 andDEXTROSE
then shortly after my meal which is about 30g BROWN rice with 130 g TUNA and veg or can have WHOLEMEAL PASTA with 130g lean meat and was thinking of Omeltte?
then before bed approx
10pm I have WHEY 80 and SKIMMED MILK.
Im not gettign enough EFA's what shall I add and also whats the opinion of the diet overall, would appreciate any advice and opinions thankyou
