I've Discovered The Formula For Maximuscle Promax!

Promax is by far the nicest tasting protein shake ive ever had, and ive tried loads. I dont use it anymore because its just too damn expensive, however whilst experimenting today ive found something that tastes EXACTLY the same as promax, i mean spot on perfect. Take 30 - 40g of myprotein.co.uk whey protein 80 (the european stuff is currently on special!) and mix it with a 3 or 4 (or more!) teaspoons of Cadbury's Highlights hot chocolate mix, add 500mls of water and enjoy! i think u'll be pleasantly suprised! Its promax, but p!ss cheap! wooo! Ive tried nesquick and other choccy bits, but this is by far the best!

    I was but things changed, ive got a beach lifeguard training course in 3 weeks and:

    1. Im so dense i dont float anymore, need some fat for bouyancy!

    2. Ive got no endurance for swimming.

    So im on a 75% carb diet. bugger.
