I’ve been cutting for a month and was waking 6:00, cup of black coffee and straight on sta

I’ve been cutting for a month and was waking 6:00, cup of black coffee and straight on stationary bike for 60 mins.
 
Circumstances now changed and I still wake at 6:00 but can’t bike until 8:30.
 
So, is it best for fat loss to wait the 2.5 hours or have whey when I wake?
I have bedtime protein/cottage cheese etc around 10pm half hour before bed.
 
I train around 5pm for 45 mins training each body part once a week.
My BF in approx. 14% hoping to get to 11ish by end March 15
Any advice would be appreciated
