I've invented an exercise

I've invented a new exercise I like to call the 'shirted bench pull'. You have to be a shirted bencher to do it.

Basically, you put your bench shirt on, get under the bar just like for a normal bench press, unrack the bar, and try to make it touch your chest. So, the less weight you put on the bar the harder the exercise is.
If you haven't got a shirt you could also do it as a reverse-band bench pull.

This exercise is my intellectual property, and anybody seen doing it will be sued immdeiately.

You start with a single layer, then move up to a double/triple as you progress.

Once you can do it with just the bar whilst wearing an open back triple ply you know you're hard.

Someone just lying on a bench bending their arms! You'd have to be 250lbs ripped to get away with doing something as stupid as that in the gym.

What about a hanging military-pull? Thats pretty hardcore!

Hang upside down off a chin bar and pull a bar from the floor vertically to the top of your head.
