I've run out of milk...

... and just eaten my porridge with water, how anyone can eat it like this is beyond me.

I usually make it with water with a tiny drop of milk in it and it's OK.
    Get it down you!

It's been years since I ate a bowl of Ready Brek.
I think I used to have it with water and sprinkle sugar over it.
Do they still make Ready Brek? I haven't seen the advert with the kid with a nuclear fallout glow surrounding him for years.

I have my oats with water all the time. A drizzle of honey peps it up a bit, and might throw in some nuts and dried fruit from time to time.

I usually eat my oats raw,or just dump them in cold water and down them. Failing that, throw them in with my protein drinks.

When having Ready Brek I usually have so much sugar to give it some flavour it negates the goodness the meal actually provides.

When cutting i cut out all milk.

Just water with everything, including cereal if i have a cheat meal.

Its not bad when you get used to it. Same as tuna shakes I really enjoy these in the hot weather... tuna, orange juice blended with ice..refreshing
