Ive tweaked my diet. Advice please,

I have tweaked my diet could I have opinion, I know Im not getting enough efa’s so would appreciate advice on that as well, cheers
6am WHEY80 and water 9am bowl of fruit and fibre with skimmed milk and 1 banana (I do swap the cereal with oats) 11am Wholemeal pitta bread with 130g tuna
1pm salad with olive oil and 100g chicken 3pm pitta bread with 100g chicken
after workout WHEY80 and dextrose. Then within 1 hour of finishing either brown rice with 130g tuna or wholemeal pasta with tuna or chicken. Then before I go to bed a WHEY 80 and skimmed milk. I would really appreciate advice from you guys as its top notch, cheers.
Another thing im worried about is how much carb should I have after my workout I know it should be wholemeal (clean) but not sure how much to have? I always have shake and dextrose as mentioned. Thankyou.

    6am WHEY80 with water and 70g CHICKEN cooked in OLIVE OIL
    9am bowl of FRUIT'n'FIBRE with SKIMMED MILK and 1 BANANA (sometimes have oats instead)
    11am WHOLMEAL PITTA BREAD with 130g tuna with cucumber. Fruit 3 pieces (APPLE,PLUM,PEACH)
    1pm 120g CHICKEN with STIRY FRY VEG cooked in OLIVE OIL (with some CHICK PEAS)
    3pm WHOLEMEAL PITTA BREAD with 120g CHICKEN
    5pm TRAINING
    Straight after have WHEY80 and DEXTROSE (how much dext should i have?)
    meal within 1 hour of finishing BROWN RICE (how much should I have?) 130g TUNA, or CHICKEN/TURKEY with lots of VEG
    9pm WHEY and SKIMMED MILK just before bed.
    Hope you can advise me on my diet please,
