J o u r a l

Ok.
I am 14 years old. I need to do some major muscle gains for Rugby.

Stats:
Height: 5'9
Waist: 31.5'
Chest: 35'
Left Arm: 12'
Righ Arm: 12'

I have no routine at the moment. I have dumbell/bar bells, boxing bag, treadmill. I also have access to a swimming pool.
I have Rugby training on Sundays and Thursdays. I will have access to school gym on Wednesdays (But it is holiday at the moment). I will also have games about 3 hours of sports extra than this a week (in school time).

I have no idea what to eat.

Here are some pictures. Not much but with no working out.

Any help with routine, food, ect would be great. Any help on what I need to improve most. I need for rugby: Shoulders, chest, abdominal strengh, and of coure the whole of the arms. I also need to work out legs but not as much as upper body at all.

Thanks

I'd make sure your training and diet plans are spot on before bothering with creatine.
