I think I can drop the pppbs now. I'm stronger in all my lifts now than I was before the Great Sickening.

grip was still solid, but I think it would start slipping soon, on this smooth bar.

How can you be on the bottom pin if the bar is on top of kneecap? Are you a gnome?

Yeh stand on blocks, or even plates which can probably move you half a pin position

I've got 2 fcuked shoulders and a busted bicep, so yeah, no excuse.

hardly got it off the floor. happy birth frickin' day to me. 250 was a struggle even.
254 is 1kg off my all time hex PB, so it goes to show, if you want to get better at hex deads and rack pulls, do hex deads and rack pulls. if you want to get better at conv. deads, doing conv deads is probably a good idea...
