A little trick/technique you could try (if you don't do it already) to increase activation of your triceps is as you are pressing the bar (concentric) squeeze it as hard as you can whilst pulling your hands outwards. This helps engage/activate the triceps.

I've heard of that before, but never tried it. Rational thought flies out the window when I'm struggling to not fail a bench. I'll try and get into the habit of it, if it helps. Cheers.

120 BPP was sore on my crap shoulder.

single arm DB press might help my crap shoulder, as they were noticably less steady on that side.

no complaints here. all lifts up 5kg, except the TPP. must be the cooler weather. I don't see any point in going above 170, will never be benching 170 this side of xmas, if ever.
135 MPP went up fast, 137.5 didn't come off the pegs. reckon that height is pretty much exactly where my weak point is.

First time I've done any stood up lifting in 2 weeks.
Knee's not 100%, but it's in the 90s. Might get back to sqautnsdeadz next week.
