Okay, my weight loss and deading once a fortnight routine is not working. especially for hexies. poo to them. I can't do them right and they hurt my back. light ones only. if any.
conv. reppage is coming along nicely OTOH. 150x10 might already be a reppb, and I don't anticipate any problem with 160 next time round.
