My theory that a bigger deficit on the rack pulls would actually make them easier was wrong, 250 was hard.

leg/hip is well improved though not better yet. Better enough that I though I'd be good for a spot of benching. Now my elbow's playing up again. I think I need to go to the special farm where all the old lifters go when they all broken and knackered, but they aren't put down, honestly.
