Jab problem

just went to jab my shoulder then and when the pin went in I felt a bit of pain as I went onto the muscle, I took the pin out n a small lump appeared on my delt and was bleeding . The lump is still there now , really s@#t myself as it's never happened on a delt shot. Any ideas as to what might have caused this ?

id rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal labotomy!!!!

If you go in with a blue or green pin and hit a blood vessel it is quite a large gauge needle we use so the damaged bllod vessel needs to clott to repair itself, hence the lump.No need to worry about it unless it became red, hot and inflamed, that is an infection and does not sound like what you have got,it should repair itself quite quickly and be fine.Hope this helps.

It's sorta spooked me now as my delt is bruised and tender to touch, I didn't actually get any gear in due to the pain and the way my shoulder felt , what's the easiest site to jab as I need to get this stuff in today ! There a new batch of pins n I went to use one last week n found the same thing but used one of my older blue pins n went in fine , could it be that I have s bad batch of pins?

I supose it is possible you have duff pins, easiest place to jab imo is glute,You may of hit a nerve in your delt i have done so many times and it does hurt for a while.Try your glute mate and try not to worry if you are nervous it makes jabbing harder,i am sure you will be ok,all the best mate.

i do quads, search quad injection on google for more info.

Easiest place in my opinion and plenty of room to hit so can minimise scar tissue build up.

Doink is right quads are easy to jab but there are a lot of nerves there, its where i hit them most commonly lol,i now do delts mostly or glutes to rotate and just did a bicept jab this morning and was realy easy.

depends where you aim for, i've not hit a nerve yet and i was using them 3 times a week for 15 weeks at one point.

Stole this picture from another guys guide to jabbing on another forum's thread, think he was called ryuken or something like that, like him i hit somewhere around this box, never had a problem.

I'll give it s shot laters , I can only try , thanks for the useful info . Really got to get this in today at some point , on that pic tho that's the top of the quad prob the meatiest part of the leg n also would be easier going in at that angle I reckon

I go into quad towards bottom of that box and maybe below at times.

I tend to stretch skin and push lightly (I cant seem to apply much force!) or twist syringe til skin is pierced.  I haven't tried the 'darts throw' from a few cm out ... what do you do?

Sounds like a bit of bleeding beneath the skin. Wouldn't worry!

    Hi mate,
my jabs location is glute, test/deca,
i get this every jab, sore for about 2-3 days after with a small lump. ive just sorta go used to it now, although uncomfortable at times esp when sitting into a chair fast,
i never thought as it beeing a problem although i just thought it was how my body reacts to injections/gear as everyone is diff.
    but never causes me concern.
    Jay.
