Jack3d and trouble sleeping

Recently started taking jack3d and the effects are really good but im having trouble sleeping on it even if i have 1 scoop.. I'm a night trainer so tend to take it around 6:30 but i'm still wired at mid-night and if i do get sleep i'll have an hour then wake up again wide awake.. I was wondering if there was anything that could calm me down, or maybe reduce the effects after i've trained.? Maybe lots of water to try flush it out, to Horlicks haha..
If you guys have got any advice that would be great, thanks.

If you wish to continue to both use a pre-workout product, and train at night, and you are sensitive to the caffeine effect - it may be an idea to look for a pre-workout that doesn't contain the caffeine in the first instance?  Sounds like a more realistic bet than calming yourself down mate.

The only difference will be that you won't get the stim kick.

    Lol, yip, it's that easy.

You do not NEED to take a pre workout, and I would think sleep is much more important that a slight artificial buzz.

You must be bad mate because I am a notoriously bad sleeper and even I can get to sleep after taking 2-3 scoops at 5 / 6pm.

Best leave off it if it is stopping you sleep.
