Jacked - ideal usage?

I have all the size I want. So not really looking to build any more mass. Just want to keep the pumps longer after a training session.
 
So whats the ideal way to take jacked. I.e when to eat before, after and train in combination with jacked.

    I have experimented with 1, 2, 3 & 5 scoops and found that 2 is the best bet for getting the desired effect without causing any insomnia etc.
     
    5 was far too intense and I honestly felt like I was on something else.
     
    3 is good if you are really tired but I wouldn't say the pump is any better, it is more the mental focus that is increased.
     
    I have also found that timings can be improtant. I have taken it as close as 25 minutes before and also between 30-45 minutes before and definitely like 45 minutes best as it is noticably kicking in just before training begins and the effects last throughout the workout.

    Im not sure but if its just the pump you're after you could get some AAKG from MP or somewhere?

    I personally find that jack3d is not that great for pump, but it is great if you want to have a good session after a long day. I tend to chuck in a bit of AAKG as Burney suggested.

    Iv got some jack3d an its never done anything for me, might try it later with a few more scoops.

    Just eat as normal mate.
