James Collier Book

Hi has anyone got or read the James Collier book? im looking for advice on the whole aspect of training and diet and
he does seem a class act I just wanted peoples personal opinions if they have read it etc or know
anyone that has it, thankyou for your feedback

    I havn't read it and i'm sure it's great but... your not likely to get an unbiased critique on here

    No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

    The book is very easy to read and follow and one I would recommend. It covers all aspects of dieting whether cutting or bulking etc. No training advice but you can get that from the training forums on MT

    ^^^^ Agree with Kitty. Definately worth the money. Refer to it regularly and there is a mass of relevant information in there- al you gotta do is understand and apply it!

    Its a good book and like kitty said easy to read,tells you what you need to no in laymans terms.

    Start weight-----10st-5lb 15%bf

    Current weight----13 stone 2 10-12% bf
