HI Graeme - it works about about £17-20 quid depending on the exchange rate

It's an ebook so you can download it within mins - it's not a traditional book which is delivered by post.

Informed Bodybuilding Nutrition is only available as an eBook and there are currently no plans for a printed copy. However, the advantages of an eBook are:
    1) you can download it and have it straight away
    2) we keep your details on record for future updates, which you will receive FREE of charge
    3) you need only print off sections which you want to read about - you can take these pages to work with you

or accidently send it to the work printer when no one is around, nick a binder from the stationary cupboard and roberts your fathers brother.
