January shape up - SUC off

January shape up - SUC off

Nursing a ligament injury on my right wrist! been nearly 8 weeks or so now in total, had a splint on for the past 2 weeks and hoping in will be fully functional within the next week or so. Have been doing exercises for the wrist and slowly lowering time splint is on. Either way, i'll be in the SUC, one handed if I have too (avoiding certain lifts and a nice amount of cardio)

Aim is to just cut, as always and this time maintain it. 100% going for it. 

Pretty much have a routine in place (if my hand is ok), have a rough idea for a one handed attempt. Diet, will decided nearer the time. Have a few ideas, but, still not 100% on that yet.

    Having my last meal this evening, pizza & ice cream! and then sort out some pics.

    Motivation is high, hand is getting better by the day. Have plenty of incentive to actually get in shape, avoid foods that I am sensitive too and just get my s'hit together.
