Yes mate - cant officially sign until 6 weeks before but I have this in mind long as no major issue coming our of MRI results.

Bench still getting stronger week by week - repping 100 proper next week on plan and cnat weight. No fear of that weight now. Floor press weight upped by 5kg on last week - reps were scrappy and was too bouncy on elbows as Ox pointed out to me so will work on that next week, will aim for 3 sets of 5 next week at 95. OH press didn't increase weight as wanted 3 sets of 12 reps - bonus video up of that. Rest of sesh moved very well and felt light so that's a good thing.

Tasty looking training mate.  I think your grip is a touch too wide on the overheads but not by a crazy amount.
 
So you've signed up (or near enough) for another comp.  Have you switched feds?

You have a wider than most grip on bench and OH TBH, but whatever floats your boat. Weights still moving well tho.

Ive tried to keep same stance as bench press - I did try a narrower grip on bench couple weeks ago but threw my pressing out. Ox happy with grip is using and making progress so keeping for now.
 
Yep as long as get doctors all clear tomorrow. For the moment because this fed allows knee sleeves in unequipped class and want to go back to squatting with knee sleeves as they are so much more solid. Will hopefully compete BDFPA again later in year but next 2 comps are with South East Powerlifting.

Just greasing the groove on squats this week as awaiting MRI results tomorrow. Weight move dcomfortably and consistently nailing depth so a good squat session here. Sleeves are making the world of difference in confidence and knee feeling solid/secure.
 
Deads moved very well also and enjoying these still massively. Hopefully in a few months will be near a 140 speed band. Lunges im adding reps each week to push harder and keep working stability. Crabs walks to finish and last burn. 
 
Fingers crossed next week can start pushing these hard again. Vids on IG - short on time today to upload to YT and upload here.

Nice mate and very sensible on the knee sleeves, it makes sense to make use of the extra support.  Without the sleeves could you feel flicking that was going on?  With the sleeves is it gone?

Nice work mate, hopefully the specialist gives you the go ahead to start ramping these up again.
 
Typo tho - you put banded speed squats instead of banded speed deads.

Yeh the support really helps and just feels secure. Cant feel the tendon pop either when sleeves on

BW - 87.4. Heaviest I have been since start of feb. Weight is slowly creeping back up to where i want it to be

Absolutely storming banging session today!!

Dead Bench - 45 secs rest between working set reps

Missed out DB seated rows as have a pinched muscle in back - woke up couple days ago with it and slowly easing up.

Onto the session though, Ox changed up deads to rest 45-60 secs between reps and up weight. These flew up and had at least 5 more good reps. Weight will move forwaed next week. Increased reps on slingshot so progress on last week, did not go for a 6th on 2nd rep to save strength for final set. Couple more weeks and 6 reps across the sets should be done and can move weight forwaed. Enjoyed the accessory work massively also.
Everything today was just on point - could not be happier with bench work at moment. Ox has really managed to get me excited for bench days and fingers crossed a good PB will follow this year.
