Wow man that's a lot more calories than i thought you'd say.  Like others have said, you need more protein.  I'll not chime in too much though as I'm awful at this side of things.

60 x 3
80 x 8

80 x 8
80 x 9

Cable Rope Pressdown/Split
23.75 x 15
23.75 x 15
23.75 x 15

Cable Tricep Extension
21.25 x 15
21.25 x 15
21.25 x 15

Barbell O/H Strict Press

30 x 12
30 x 12

DB Front Raise - Both arms same time
6 x 12
8 x 12
8 x 12

I don't how Ox has done it but im starting to enjoy benching again on this plan! Bench felt good and hit required reps, no real struggle on reps although last 1 took but more effort. Floor press will move forward slightly next week as last set had more so went for a 9th rep (plan calls for 8). Will move up by 5kg next week. Shame I couldn't film the 3rd set as that was strongest set of the 3 but bench I was using to rest phone on was being used and didnt wana wait for someone to film for me. Rest of session tricep blaster and really felt the burn.

May or may not be a nut shot on the floor press vid...

Bench 1st set

Bench 2nd set

Floor Press - 2nd set

If you're getting 1000cals in protein (250g), you are pretty much getting enough protein... I'm not getting a whole lot more than that and that's really only because it's almost impossible not to when eating 6000cals

That's why it's good to get a rough idea.... 1000+ more than your guestimated, which had you needed a dietary overhaul (particularly for a cut) you would have found yourself in a bad place pretty quickly.

You don't need to be 100% spot on, they'll always be slight daily variances in input and output bu it is worthwhile having some kind of idea of what you require to proceed in your goals. BCAA and glut cal content will be tiny unless you are knocking loads of them back

Was a surpise tbh that it was that high although I had miscalculated so amount just under 4000 now. No where im at now if needs looking at more.

ANIMAL
Tbh mate, and I’ll be frank, it’s rediculous that you are not even slightly tracking food. Well done for doing it today tho, hopefully it will give you the kick up the arse you need.

You’ve entered a comp.. Yes it’s just for experience but treat it with respect, you’re an athlete now.. and nutrition is more important then any training program

Just because you are a powerlifter looking for strength should not give you a free reign on eating. It’s a big mistake which I’ve learnt to my detriment. And just because you are maintaining your body weight does not mean your diet is optimal. Ox is going to put you through the fires of hades.. you want everything that goes in to be of benefit and help you recover.

That too low protein imo mate.

Now have a chat with your Mrs and see if she can somehow estimate what goes into your evening meal each night.. and you you should start tracking everything else at least 5 days a week. It willmajorly benefit you!

I underestimated what I was having so there was value in tracking it. Believe me there is no free reign on eating - food is majority clean whole foods. Protein was slightly miscalculated so now at 25% but makes up over 1000 calories of what im having from whole foods before shakes.

Certain times she can yeh depending on the day but at this stage I wont be logging daily meals etc Training is fun for me and I love it - the competition is to test/push myself and have paid more attention to food/booze albeit not logging/tracking it but there is value in keeping it in check and logging from time to time to check macros/cals etc If I decide to gain/cut weight would be a lot more on top of food logging

Was more then I thought! Yeh im not good viewing others split but its working well enough so far. Apart from bigger portion size not much room for extra protein but an egg or 2 at brekkie may work.

Looking at MFP - yesterdays food protein eaten (4 chicken breasts, 270g beef & 30 almonds) that covers above. That's before protein shakes and a glass of milk ( milk not logged thinking about it).

Great work going on in here, bench and floor press looking smooth and strong.

I'm pretty sure I said not long ago in here that adding other bench press variations will re-ignite your love for bench. But I don't mind letting Ox take the credit, he knows his stuff too lol.

Milk definitely counts in the protein department... think of all those buff firefighters drinking pints of milk!

Crack on bud! Interested to see where this floor press gets you.

Def feeling stronger and have some fire about benching now. Where before just did not enjoy it. You can take dual credit - I would give you full credit but the 'secret' PB rivalry we have doe not allow me to!

If I was strict bodybuilding then would count all milk, coffee, juice etc but this was to give me a rough idea so comfortable enough with what im working with. Im loving floor press mate - theres potential for taking weight much higher over time

Last higher rep session now of this plan. Have enjoyed it but now looking forward to next part of plan next week where reps drop. kept on top of my rolling at moment and feeling the benefit. Just not as stiff - although lats took a while to loosen up over a couple days but the rolling is working.

Squats
20 x 8
60 x 5
100 x 3
132.5 x 8
132.5 x 8

Banded Speed Deads
100 x 5
130 x 2
130 x 2
130 x 2
130 x 2
130 x 2
130 x 2
130 x 2
130 x 2

Incline Leg Press
200 x 15
220 x 15
240 x 15

Wife Grip Pulldown
40 x 15
47 x 15
54 x 12

Seated Leg Ext
45 x 15
45 x 15
55 x 15

Can say im now used to not using sleeves but will be interesting when get to the higher weight range how it goes. Made a conscious effort to slightly slow/control the descent more on squat reps, reps felt strong and back is not coming into it as much until latter reps although still leg dominated which is good. Will enjoy dropping to 5 reps next week though! Slight diff camera angle for a change - nice calf action going on. Deads were flying up and feel very strong on them. Leg press again room for a small increase next week. Supersetted pulldown/leg ext but weights up again. All in all a great session and I feel im making good progress, Looking forward to session tomorrow to close out the week.

2nd set 132.5 x 8 squats

Yeh was bit on/off there but focus was on the controlled descent.

Im feeling stronger then ever benching at moment - plan calls for 10 reps but had more in me so couple bonus reps. Ox - add another working set or move weight forward?
Slingshot bench really coming along well now - next week will aim for 3 sets of 90kg. The 80 feels easy and 90 im working hard but potential for more weight. Rest of sessions good volume work and arms aching away nicely at desk.

Post workout BW - 86.8kg

Dead bench

Lots of volume going on in here.
Those paused bench presses looked nice and easy. I enjoy throwing in that movement from time to time, really helps with getting over sticking points.

I like the look of your gym as well. Looks like you have some decent equipment in there.
