    Impressive.

I particularly like the back of the hand / nose rub / sniff between the 2nd and 3rd rep. Modelled on old T0ny for sure.

Where do you train Pagan? between Garden visits.

    Great lifting, very strong lad.

Pagan, do you feel it's healthy for a young lad to be putting so much strain on his body at such a young age? When he first wanted to train did you ever question whether it was a good idea at his age or were you all for it? I'm not saying it's right or wrong by the way! Just interested.

BBC he wanted to train from about 12 but I wouldn't let him. He was about 14 and a half before I let him start light bodybuilding stuff and he didn't deadlift until about a year ago.

I'm happy that heavy lifting is healthy for him at his age and level of maturity.

Perfectly good question and I'm sure some people might not agree with it but there are most certainly more destructive things he could be doing at his age.

Cheers for answering, from what you've said about him he seems mature beyond his years both mentally and physically.

You've obviously progressed him slowly to get form and technique right and it's paid off as he's now a monster!

Of course having you and uncle Tony as mentors doesn't hurt either!

I might just go delete that photo of donny osmond from the Krufts thread in case you send him over!

Awesome pic, but Tony you're not doing yourself many favours posting up tips on preventing the gag reflex and then a picture of a guy touching his toes - Ak

AK he lifts with a slight curve in the upper back, much h same as many good dead lifters. His rounding is constant and tight throughout so nothing worrying. Always call his reps when his form starts getting loose. I watch him lift week in week out so can tell when he's pulling well and when it's going to rat ****.

    Impressive.

More leg drive at the start and the back closer to vertical throughout and I would be happier. I am being picky though.
