John West's Tuna with a twist?

Just had two packs of this. It comes in a sachet and is Tuna with lime and black pepper dressing.

Has anyone had any success in making this themselves from a tin of tuna and then adding other stuff?

Ingredients are
Tuna
Veg oil
spirit vinegar
sugar
lime juice
modified tapioca starch???
spice
garlic
salt
mustard
stabilser???
xanthan gum?????????????????
lime zest

It's bloody lovely but slightly pricey for the amount you get so i'd like to make my own
I could just muck about with the above but I just wonederd if anyone had any success or any recipes for me to know the amounts of each ingredient to use?

Cheers

It's finally arrived....PM Neb for swaps!

Tuna is a decent choice as it's so versatile and can be eaten cold

I like Tin of tuna (drained)

Then add a little extra virgin oil with salt, pepper, vinegar (lots for me), lemon/lime juice, 2 or 3 spoons of natural yogurt (instead of mayo)

Add chopped up peppers/cucumber/tomato's etc,etc add sweet corn??

Then add this to half a bag a conchigliette (tiny pasta shells)

Great meal can be prepared and stored well in advance

    Hope this helps

Currently having tuna mixed with a couple of spoons of cottage cheese and chives, chopped toms and red onion with a splash of lime juice. Im not a big tuna fan but this goes down just fine Will be slapping it between some bread when I bulk again, cant wait
