Hey everyone, hers my lil journal which i will update every so often, so heres abit about me!
My names Jonny and i'm 17 years old (my bday is 15th jan) and i live in basingstoke/Hampshire/Uk!
I've been going to the gym for 2 months now, for the first month i was using a routien made up by the sports center where i do, and on that i was doing a fully body working in one session, so i decided to break it down and issolate muscle groups to exercise. Monday is arms and chest, Wednesday is Legs and abdomanals, and Friday is my back and sholders!
I've only just started using Whey protein, I started this monday using it. I've decided to take 3 per day which will work out as one early in the morning with my breakfast, one mid day or after training (depending on the day) and one at night before i do to beddy! The stuff i'm using is EAS Simple Protein, i mix it with skimmed milk to give me 30.2g of protein per serving! yay me!
My dite is pretty healty, For breakfast i have 4 weetabix in with semi skimmed milk, my protein drink and a glass of orange usualy. Some times i have 3 rice cakes when i'm walking to college (87g of carbs per 100g). I eat lots of chicken, fishy, beefy, turkey and other stuff!
