Hi guys,

Im currently cutting and running 2-3 times a week.

Problem is that after a couple of weeks i can really feel the impact on my knees.

will any form of joint care supplements help me with this?

    Glucosamine and condroitin.

Have a look at MSM too.

thanks for the reply OoOGazOoO, will i feel a real noticable difference with these though?

Ive taken various supplements in the past and have never really felt the effects were that great.

It is difficult to say really mate.

You need to take a few tabs per day though, i.e. 3000-4000mg per day.

I use high strength Glucosamine, MSM and Cod liver oil. You will notice a difference but it may take a few weeks. I went on holiday for 2 weeks and didn't bother taking any with me. Within 5 days I had to go out and buy some!! They work.

I've used CNP's Pro-Tect before to good effect.

It's pricey, but it's the best joint care supplement I've used.
