Joint pains

recently, everytime i squat or bench a heavy weight i get these lasting pains in my joints....this wasnt the case before and i know it cant be the weights because i was able to bench and squat a lot more in the past without any problems.

its just that all of a sudden i see myself needing to use elbow and knee pads...especially the knees ....i can hardly squat anymore due to the pain....its not a nagging pain....almost like a strain everytime i try to squat heavy weights.

do you think its a result of cumulative strain on the joints??...or could it be my diet maybe?...(recently started cutting).

i think it might help to mention that i have put on a lot of weight (went from 95 to 105 in the last 6 months or so) do you think maybe it had something to do with that?

please let me know your thoughts.

Regards

Hard to say mate. How long have you been training ? how old are you ?

    Maybe try glucosamine sulphate

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4
