Joints Ache Lifting

I am prity new to lifting been about 4 months and all going well but i have a problem not with lifting weights just that my joints start to ache, is there anything i can take to reduce the ache is mainly in shoulders and wrists.

    get some supports.
    and some joint pills.
    and maybe alot of rest

    Weight 18 Stone.
    Height 5, 9"

    Deadlift 200KG
    Bench Press 180KG
    Squat 265KG

    What type of support can i get for my shoulders, and any recommendations on pills.
