Junk food?

I love burgers etc.. so I made something low fat and without all the un-needed nutrition.

Burger baps
Chicken burgers (low ISH in fat, medium sized)
Bacon
Egg

I just put the chicken burgers in the oven as normal, cut the fatty parts off the bacon and stick egg WHITE in a glass and pour it onto a small non stick pan with only a DROP of olive oil (it lets the egg cook better and with less fat).

Then just put it on the bap.

I know it's really obvious but most people just forget these things..

By the way there's typical around 30-40g protein per burger with around 10g fat.

Whenever i cook steak i cook it in water but use some gravy granules sprinklled on one side of the steak and some garlic and pepper sprinkled on top, wait until the underside has sealed itself then turn over in the frying pan and start tot cook it on the seasoned side.

Nice. I usually serve with a large jacket potato and use cottage cheese as a dressing!
