Just Started course of Sus 250

Hey All,

I have heard good things about sustanon 250, so thought i would start my first course. I am going to do 250ml 1ml gabs twice a week for 8 weeks. People who have done similar have you put on some good mass ?

I am also going to take 20mg of dianabol every day for the 8 week course.

Currently i am 6 foot 4 and weigh only 13.8 Stone. My goal is to get to at least 16 stone by the end of the year. Hopefully this will help me get there.

Of course i will still keep on taking 3 protien shakes a day and 3 meals.

Anyone who can give some feedback would be great ?

    lots more people on here better than me but id up the dbol by 10mg per day

    Th only reason i say 4 a day is because that is all i have left that would last me the 8 week course.

    My advice run sus longer 10-12 weeks at 500mg,no need to shoot twice a week less you have money to burn on pins and barrells.

    run dbol 1-4weeks dosage 40-50mg per day.

    Sus will take two three weeks to kick in,eight week course pointless to me


    If your gunna do it do right! 8 weeks of dbol be bit harsh on ya liver too

    i thought sus has short easters in it so although the longer acting easter will kick in fully at week 3 wont the short easters kick in about a week ?

    Yeah i was thinking the dbol would be a bit harsh.

    So 40-50mg for the first 4 week till the sus kicks in fully and then just keep it to 1 injection a week for 12 weeks ?

    Perhaps some other opinions would help me aswell but thanks for the input bud :).

    as it's your first course no need to run two compounds,but if you insist 20-30mg ed for 1-4 weeks,taking milk thistle for liver protection

    ideal first cycle 8 weeks of sust,sust will kick in quicker than 2-3weeks and because of it's long esters it will still be in your system 3 weeks after your last jab,so 8 weeks of jabbing but your course will last 11 weeks

    you could also do with more meals try between 6-8,try and eat every 2 hours,your first cycle is the best so eat like fcuk and grow lol

    Good advice from UFC, and it really is the diet that makes you grow 3 meals a day wont do you justice.

    id go with sust jabbed twice weekly say monday thrusday 250mg each for 12 weeks


    3 meals is nothing 3 shakes will help but shouldnt be used instead of food, it should be on top of

    started at 68kg
    PB,s
    bench: 170kg 3 reps cg 155kg single
    deadlift: 5 reps 245kg 1RM 260kg @knee height
    squat: 200 kg 2 reps
    clean and press 100kg 2 rep 110 1RM
    weight:108kg bf 14%~

    yeah bro, depending on the size of your meals and what protein you are using, 3 meals and and 3 shakes cant be much more than 2500 cals. from your stats i guess you are a tall, relatively lean guy? you can really get away with hammering the food, shoot for 6 meals with the 3 shakes inbetween.

    Its so hard to fit all the meals in during the day thats my biggest problem i don't know what to eat all the time in terms of having the best variation so i dont get bored of eating the same thing.

    I suppose there are some great documents on this form that could help.

    mate, its a probelm 90% of us just have to learn to deal with. yes it can be hard to find a way to fit the meals in, but if you want the results bad enough you will find a way.
    it never really bothers me eating the same things everyday, (eggs, chicken, steak, tuna, sweet potatoes and a bucket load of fresh veg) because i like them!
    im pretty good during the week, on weekends me and the mrs usually either try cooking something new or go out for dinner.

    ive done that cycle mate.

    i did 1ml/wk sus ( 2 x 250mg to cut out confusion) for 12 wks. first 6 weeks i did 40mg/day dbol aswell. and for the last 3wks i did the same.

    did see good gains. fat loss aswell.

    my problem is diet. i dont eat enough as i find it difficult, suffer with no appetite. so i suggest that if i ate like a trooper my gains would have been FAR higher!
