Just a quick question on 5x5's [Frankies]
I started doing his 5x5 routine back in late october, and at christmas I had a 2 week break, I've started doing it again and im in my second week...should I contine effectivly from scratch so that I have 10 weeks left, or should I change or add anything?
[Just incase of muscle memory]
My strength didnt actually go down when I came back, infact i've now made some gains, which was a total surprise !
Bent Over BBell Row
BBell Bench Press
Standing BBell Military Press
Incline DBell Bench Press
Sometimes chuck in some shrugs as well.
Im also attemping to get in at least 3 30-40 mins steady cardio, I try to do it on seperate days, or at least as many hours apart as possible.
