Just before I order creatine from all in 1..............

just wanted to know who uses it and if they got any type of increase in performance from it?

so, is it worth getting?

    my brother used to use it when it was creapure-seemed to do the trick. However that was when it was creapure which is no longer the case. Have you considered cee?

    cee? no to be honest, only because im on the grind (broke!), so that creatine from their side is only like £13 for 500g inc delivery
