Just bought some Creatine caps and ...

I was wondering about the directions it gave me on the tub ... It says take 6 capsules daily (three before exercise and three after exercise). Do not exceed stated dose. ... Now the thing is, one capsule gives me 700mg of Creatine Monohydrate. So that gives me 4200mg of Creatine a day. But I've read the article on Creatine ...

Loading phase: 10g per day, as 2 x 5g servings for 5 days
5g per day, for 5 days
3g per day, for 7 days.
Maintenance phase: 2g per day, for 5 weeks.

What should I do? ... Should I take double what it is telling me so that I am having nearly 10g of Creatine, even though the tub tells me 'Not to exceed stated dose' ... Cheers lads ...

Did you get them from Holland and Barrett mate?
If so, I tried them when I first started ages ago.
    There pure SH1T mate.
    Should be called Creatine Craps.

You got them because they we're on offer?
Well, they didn't help me, at all.

I'm assuming your a newbie, just use Whey Protein.
BUT don't go back to H&B for it.

    Get it from...

Holland and barrett for sure, i used these about 6 years ago in my quest to look like Arnie without even suspecting he may have used more than creatine

I'd get yourself online mate to myprotein.co.uk or one of the other sponser bulk suppliers and get yuorself some proper powdered creatine such as creapure or CEE

Yeah, I will do, cheers. I posted yesterday, but that was just about if it was ok to use Creatine and Whey together, not which creatine to actually go for. What a waste!

If you put www.bulkpowders.co.uk in the price matcher on the my protein website you will get 1kg of creapure for £19.99 delivered.

1kg of creatine will work out the eqivelant of about 1500 x 700mg caps.

There is no problems in taking whey/ creatine together
