Just finished 3 week sd cycle info now onto pct

Hi Guys

3x a week full body workout for 3 weeks

Did my body fat and weight before cycle
just did it again 3 weeks later

Put on 8lbs
also went from 17% body fat to 21 % on a clean diet?

Only back pumps on 3rd week kicked in.
Very tired at times
Also apetite started to go so had to force feed myself at times

My next cycle im going to try something different

i may do sd and epi stack but just train my bi's and tri's
for the cycle 3x a week
just to see how much strength and size i can add to them
then back to full bodys as a kind of experiment

Cool.

Were you happy with the gains made?

If you don't mind me asking, how long have you been training?  How old are you?

If you're after a good mass builder, have a look at pheraplex

Ye the gains were ok i did a 20,20,20
i just felt my arms needed to grow more compared to the rest of my body

I done an epi cycle before and i looked much more tighter on that with less side effects however i did stack it with ephadrine so maybe thats y i stayed tight and the ephadrine helped with the tirdness.

Im 26 been training for 10 years roughly

ye ive heard of pheraplex I thought sd was the strongest ph

i personaly think you would end up overtraining your biceps and triceps, so i think it's not worth the hassle

i think is the worst excuse to take designer steroids iv ever heard, i think we'v got an other "bicep boy" on our hand lads

no if you ever watched "the man who arms exploded" you'd know greg injected with dirty needles off the floor,  thats how his biceps got infected

he ended up with 27inch arms

For mass a split is superior to a full body imo from experience, while a full body is better for strength gains.

Both of my ph cycles have been when training on a full body workout. squats deadlift cleans bench

    Could try split routine.

Training only arms when on cycle is a waste of product in my opinion.

Now, if you'd said - on cycle I'm only going to do Dead, Bench, Overhead Press, and Squat - I'd have backed you RIGHT up!

So much more potential for mass during a cycle if you use a split as depending how many times you do a full body a week your volume wont be as much as if you performed a split.

DO NOT just train arms at anypoint of your training career.

What ever gave you that idea, and more importantly that conclusion???

Either stick to your full bodies,or get a good training spilt going.

    i.e

Chest Biceps Back triceps Legs Shoulders etc.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.
