Just got a weight bench

Finally got a weight bench. I've read several things on the forum about what to do. To start off with should i be doing 3x10, bench press, squats and pull ups 3times a week? or is that too much? any ideas of what type of routine i can have?

    Maybe i should have put more details to gain a response. I am 6'1 and weigh about 10 stone so my ultimate aim is to gain at least 3 stone in weight. I am totally clueless as to what to do with this bench i now have. Obviously the aim is to have an overall good look and any tips on what sort of routine i should do would be greatly appreciated. I would say i eat relatively healthy right now so that part should not be a problem.
